Every dress also has its own size guide with exact measurements, you'll find it right next to the size options. Compare it with a favourite dress that already fits you well, and if you'd like a second opinion, email us your measurements and we'll gladly help.

Every order ships free across Canada with tracked delivery, no minimum. Most parcels arrive within 4 to 11 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can always follow your parcel via the Track Your Order page.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. Once your return is approved and received, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Starting a return is simple, email us at info@noui-collections.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.

That's on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong colour or size than you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right, with the return shipping costs covered by us. Just send a photo to info@noui-collections.com and we'll take care of the rest.
