In doubt? Size up. Our dresses are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit, so if you find yourself between two sizes, the larger one is almost always the right call. Every dress also has its own size guide with exact measurements, you'll find it right next to the size options. Compare it with a favourite dress that already fits you well, and if you'd like a second opinion, email us your measurements and we'll gladly help.

How long does delivery take?

Every order ships free across Canada with tracked delivery, no minimum. Most parcels arrive within 4 to 11 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can always follow your parcel via the Track Your Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong colour or size than you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right, with the return shipping costs covered by us. Just send a photo to info@noui-collections.com and we'll take care of the rest.
